Everyone is familiar with how car insurance works. Its available to all. Its pretty cheap. They can’t drop you from coverage even if you are a drunk driver. Once you have a accident they dont raise you rates too much.
Why can’t health care be more like Geico (insurance) and your local car repair man (doctor) and the DMV (government help)?

Will the liberals be forced to consider Republican cost cutting suggestions if they lose their super-majority tonight?
Here are a few: The fear of lawsuits cost the medical industry far more than the actual law suits cost by way of defensive medicine, but the liberals are way in bed with the trial attorney gang. A “treat and deport” policy for illegal aliens who enter our hospitals. Shopping for insurance across state lines.
There are numerous potentially good ideas coming from the right side of the isle. Shouldn’t they be discussed in a bipartisan effort to bring REAL health care reform to ALL Americans?

Recently got into a minor accident and forgot to take down the name of the other party’s auto insurance. The policy number has a format of ###-######-10/18. Calls to their phone number are also not being answered so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, this occured in Los Angeles and the car had a CA plate as well if that’s any help.

Forced auto insurance, seat belt laws, helmet laws, child safety seats, laws and regulations, all brought upon us by insurance companies who use government regulation to maximize their profits.
Isn’t it only a matter of time before they get their friends in Washington to make Health Insurance Mandatory?
Or is that the republican plan for reform?

only cover catastrophic loss.
Can you imagine what your auto insurance would cost if you made a claim every time you got a flat or a tune up ?
Or what your home owners insurance would cost if you made a claim every time a light bulb burned out or you wanted your carpet cleaned ?
Maybe that’s the reason medical insurance premiums are so high ?
