What is the best way for me to get my money back (deductible and rental car costs) from someone who caused the accident, but who’s insurance turns out to not be valid? She is insured with Geico, however when I called them – they said it is likely that there is something wrong with her policy and they will probably not cover the cost of the accident. I’m guessing she didnt pay her monthly bill, or something similar which caused them to void her coverage. Can anyone suggest what I need to do to recover my expenses for the accident she caused?

My sister is 6 months pregnant and just found out from her work today that her health care insurance is going to be cancelled this week because she is not making enough hours for her to keep her coverage. Is there anyway around this? Or any suggestions? She is married but her husband cannot add her to his coverage until enrollment period which is after her due date. He also makes to much to have medicade.

The insurance company paid me for the damages to my car and then I sued the person that did the damage. Is the insurance comany entitled to the money I was awarded in court, even though they did not participate in the court proceedings? I want to choose my own insurance instead of company sponsored plan.
Usually when we elect company sponsored plan the premium on health insurance
